Technology is not the problem.
The problem is that nobody ever wrote down where the working hours actually go. So tools get bought before the bottleneck is known. Afterwards the tool sits there and the work remains. An audit reverses that order: measure first, then decide, then build.
- Quotes are written by hand, every time from scratch, even though eighty percent of the content repeats.
- Knowledge lives in people's heads and inboxes. One person out sick means one process out of action.
- The same questions get answered again every week, and nobody can say how many hours a month that costs.
And at the same time it is obvious that artificial intelligence could take over part of this. Except nobody in the company knows which part, in what order, and at what risk. Those are exactly the three questions the audit answers, in writing and with the reasoning shown.

Most consulting on artificial intelligence talks about AI. This audit uses it. Your quotes, your email threads, your price lists, your process descriptions and your numbers are analysed with AI support.
So you do not get a demo on somebody else's example, you get the result on your own data. By the end you know not only what I recommend but why, and you have seen with your own eyes where the line runs.
The line stays plainly named: AI accelerates the analysis, the judgement and the signature under the report are mine. Which data gets processed is agreed together before we start, on request under a confidentiality agreement.

Four weeks. One phase per week.
The effort on your side is roughly 8 to 10 hours spread across the four weeks, mostly your own time and occasionally your team's.
Week 1. Baseline
Opening workshop, half a day, online or on site. Time and energy analysis, process inventory, problem list. The AI-supported analysis of your documents starts straight after.
Week 2. Bottleneck analysis
Two working sessions. Offer, sales, marketing and operations in detail. The output is the one constraint everything else hangs on.
Week 3. Automation map
Two working sessions. Process by process: what AI can take over, what it must not, and what it costs. This is the heart of the audit.
Week 4. Management system and handover
Scoreboard set up, first session run together. Then the Beratungsbericht, the implementation plan and a separate offer for the build which you are free to accept or not.
Why four weeks and not a quarter: because an audit that drags across three months loses its own basis. By the time the report lands, the company has moved on. Four weeks is short enough that the baseline from week 1 still holds true in the implementation plan from week 4.
3,500 EUR net. Your own share depends on the federal state.
This engagement is in principle eligible under the German federal funding programme for SME consulting. The eligible consulting base is up to 3,500 EUR per project, and two applications per company per year are possible.

I cannot guarantee that funding will be granted, because that decision is not mine. What I can guarantee is an application that is complete and filed on time, and a report that meets the requirements. I guide you through the application, the deadlines and the evidence in full, at no separate charge.

An audit is consulting, not a rollout. It plans and prices the build, it does not carry it out. For the build you receive a separate offer, which you are free to accept or not.
That is not a bureaucratic detour. Only the consulting is funded, never the building or rollout of systems. So consulting and implementation are separated here, in scope and in invoicing. That separation is precisely what makes the funding hold.
Also not included: licences and running costs for third-party tools, an IT security or data protection audit, training on how to operate AI tools, and HR consulting. If it turns out that certain tasks should stay with people, I will say so. Who those people are is your decision.
Binding for all four weeks. The most important point: a moved appointment costs a week here, not a day.
In the week 1 and week 3 sessions. Without the person who ultimately decides, the result is a report for a drawer.
To documents and questions. If it does not arrive within 4 working days, that interim result is treated as accepted, so the schedule does not stall.
Quotes, price lists, process descriptions, the relevant numbers. On request under a confidentiality agreement, which I send before any data is transferred.
What owners actually ask before an audit.
Do I need any particular software for this?
No. The audit is independent of the system you run today. It measures processes, not programmes. Only the implementation plan at the end says whether any technology is worth it and which, and even then the decision stays with you.
Is the funding guaranteed?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is not telling you the truth. The decision sits with the granting authority, not with me. What I can guarantee is a complete application filed on time and a report that meets the requirements. I run the application process without charging for it separately.
How much of my time does this cost?
Roughly 8 to 10 hours spread over four weeks. Half a day for the opening workshop, then five working sessions of 90 minutes. Mostly your time, occasionally your team's. To make four weeks hold, we fix every appointment at the opening workshop.
Which of my data do the AI tools see?
Only what we agree beforehand. For the analysis that is usually quotes, price lists, process descriptions and key figures, so business documents rather than personnel data. What is not needed is not transmitted, and personal details are stripped where the analysis does not require them. On request under a confidentiality agreement before the first transfer. The AI accelerates the analysis, the judgement and the signature under the report stay with me.
What happens after the audit? Am I tied in?
No. At the end you hold seven documents that are yours even if we never work together again. For the build you get a separate offer. You can accept it, decline it, or have someone else implement the plan.
Why are consulting and implementation separated?
Because the funding pays for consulting only, never for building or rolling out systems. Putting both on one invoice risks having the grant clawed back. The consulting runs through Leppich Investments and Consulting GmbH, the implementation through the sister company. Two services, two invoices, no grey zone.
Does this mean AI replaces my staff?
That is not the question the audit asks. The question is which activities your people do today that nobody should have to do at all. Every process gets one of three verdicts, and one of them is explicitly to leave it with a human. That line appears in almost every map I hand over.

Nicht die Technik ist das Problem.
Das Problem ist, dass niemand jemals aufgeschrieben hat, wohin die Arbeitszeit tatsächlich fließt. Deshalb werden Werkzeuge gekauft, bevor der Engpass bekannt ist. Danach steht das Werkzeug da, und die Arbeit bleibt. Ein Audit dreht diese Reihenfolge um: erst messen, dann entscheiden, dann bauen.
- Angebote werden von Hand geschrieben, jedes Mal neu, obwohl sich achtzig Prozent des Inhalts wiederholen.
- Wissen liegt in Köpfen und in E-Mail-Postfächern. Fällt eine Person aus, fällt ein Prozess aus.
- Dieselben Fragen werden jede Woche neu beantwortet, und niemand kann sagen, wie viele Stunden das im Monat kostet.
Und gleichzeitig ist klar, dass künstliche Intelligenz einen Teil davon übernehmen könnte. Nur weiß niemand im Haus, welchen Teil, in welcher Reihenfolge und mit welchem Risiko. Genau diese drei Fragen beantwortet das Audit, schriftlich und nachvollziehbar.

Was, wer, wann, zu welchem Preis. In der Reihenfolge, die den größten Effekt zuerst bringt, nicht in der Reihenfolge, die am einfachsten zu verkaufen wäre.
Kennzahlen-Board und Rhythmus
Ein Board mit den wenigen Zahlen, die Ihr Geschäft wirklich steuern, plus ein wöchentlicher, monatlicher und vierteljährlicher Rhythmus. Wir richten es ein und führen die erste Sitzung gemeinsam durch.
Beratungsbericht
Der vollständige schriftliche Bericht, der zugleich die Grundlage für die Förderung bildet. Um Antrag, Fristen und Nachweise kümmere ich mich, das ist Teil der Zusammenarbeit.
Sieben Artefakte, jedes davon prüffähig. Das ist der Unterschied zwischen einer Beratung und ein paar guten Gesprächen.
Vier Wochen. Eine Phase pro Woche.
Der Aufwand auf Ihrer Seite liegt bei etwa 8 bis 10 Stunden, verteilt über die vier Wochen, überwiegend in Ihrer Person und punktuell mit Ihrem Team.
Woche 1. Bestandsaufnahme
Auftaktworkshop, ein halber Tag, online oder vor Ort. Zeit- und Energieanalyse, Aufnahme aller Prozesse, Problemliste. Danach läuft die KI-gestützte Auswertung Ihrer Unterlagen.
Woche 2. Engpassanalyse
Zwei Arbeitssitzungen. Angebot, Vertrieb, Marketing und Abläufe im Detail. Ergebnis ist der eine Engpass, an dem alles andere hängt.
Woche 3. Automatisierungslandkarte
Zwei Arbeitssitzungen. Prozess für Prozess: was KI übernehmen kann, was nicht, und was es kostet. Das ist das Herzstück des Audits.
Woche 4. Führungssystem und Übergabe
Kennzahlen-Board eingerichtet, erste Sitzung gemeinsam geführt. Dann Beratungsbericht, Umsetzungsplan und ein separates Angebot für die Umsetzung, das Sie annehmen können oder auch nicht.
Warum vier Wochen und nicht drei Monate: weil ein Audit, das sich über ein Quartal zieht, seine eigene Grundlage verliert. Bis der Bericht kommt, hat sich das Unternehmen weitergedreht. Vier Wochen sind kurz genug, dass die Bestandsaufnahme aus Woche 1 im Umsetzungsplan aus Woche 4 noch stimmt.
3.500 Euro netto. Ihr Eigenanteil hängt vom Bundesland ab.
Diese Beratung ist grundsätzlich über das Förderprogramm für unternehmerisches Know-how des Bundes förderfähig. Die förderfähige Beratungsgrundlage beträgt bis zu 3.500 Euro je Vorhaben, und pro Unternehmen sind zwei Anträge im Jahr möglich.

Lesen Sie die Zahlen ehrlich: Berlin liegt bei 50 Prozent, nicht bei 80. Der höhere Satz gilt nur für bestimmte strukturschwache neue Bundesländer. Eine Förderzusage kann ich Ihnen nicht garantieren, weil die Entscheidung nicht bei mir liegt. Was ich garantieren kann, ist ein Antrag, der vollständig und fristgerecht ist, und ein Bericht, der den Anforderungen entspricht. Um Antrag, Fristen und Nachweise führe ich Sie vollständig, ohne gesonderte Berechnung.
Keine Anzahlung. Die Rechnung wird nach Abnahme des Beratungsberichts gestellt.
Wie die Förderung genau funktioniertWas nicht enthalten ist, und was ich von Ihnen brauche.
Ein Audit ist eine Beratung, keine Einführung. Es plant und kalkuliert die Umsetzung, es führt sie nicht durch. Für die Umsetzung erhalten Sie ein separates Angebot, das Sie annehmen können oder auch nicht.
Das ist kein bürokratischer Umweg. Gefördert wird ausschließlich die Beratung, niemals der Aufbau von Systemen. Deshalb sind Beratung und Umsetzung bei uns getrennt, in Leistung wie in Rechnung. Genau darauf beruht es, dass die Förderung Bestand hat.
Nicht enthalten sind außerdem: Lizenzen und Betriebskosten für Werkzeuge Dritter, ein IT-Sicherheits- oder Datenschutzaudit, Schulungen im Umgang mit KI-Werkzeugen sowie Personalberatung. Wenn sich zeigt, dass Aufgaben besser bei Menschen bleiben, sage ich das. Wer diese Menschen sind, entscheiden Sie.
Verbindlich für alle vier Wochen. Der wichtigste Punkt: ein verschobener Termin kostet hier eine Woche, nicht einen Tag.
In den Sitzungen der Wochen 1 und 3. Ohne die Person, die am Ende entscheidet, entsteht ein Bericht für die Schublade.
Auf Unterlagen und Rückfragen. Bleibt sie länger als 4 Werktage aus, gilt das Zwischenergebnis als abgenommen, damit der Zeitplan nicht stillsteht.
Angebote, Preislisten, Prozessbeschreibungen, die relevanten Zahlen. Auf Wunsch mit Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung, die ich vor der ersten Übermittlung zusende.
Was Inhaber vor einem Audit wirklich fragen.
Brauche ich dafür eine bestimmte Software?
Nein. Das Audit ist unabhängig von dem System, das Sie heute nutzen. Es misst Prozesse, nicht Programme. Erst der Umsetzungsplan am Ende sagt, ob und welche Technik sich lohnt, und auch dann bleibt die Entscheidung bei Ihnen.
Ist die Förderung garantiert?
Nein, und wer Ihnen etwas anderes sagt, sagt Ihnen die Unwahrheit. Die Entscheidung liegt bei der Bewilligungsstelle, nicht bei mir. Garantieren kann ich einen vollständigen, fristgerecht eingereichten Antrag und einen Bericht, der den Anforderungen entspricht. Die Antragstellung führe ich, ohne sie gesondert zu berechnen.
Wie viel Zeit kostet mich das?
Etwa 8 bis 10 Stunden, verteilt über vier Wochen. Ein halber Tag für den Auftaktworkshop, danach fünf Arbeitssitzungen à 90 Minuten. Überwiegend Ihre Zeit, punktuell die Ihres Teams. Damit vier Wochen halten, legen wir alle Termine gleich im Auftaktworkshop fest.
Welche meiner Daten sehen dabei KI-Werkzeuge?
Nur die, die wir vorher gemeinsam festlegen. Für die Auswertung sind das in der Regel Angebote, Preislisten, Prozessbeschreibungen und Kennzahlen, also Geschäftsunterlagen, keine Personaldaten. Was nicht gebraucht wird, wird nicht übermittelt, und personenbezogene Angaben werden vorher entfernt, wo sie für die Analyse nicht nötig sind. Auf Wunsch mit Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung vor der ersten Übermittlung. Die KI beschleunigt die Auswertung, die Beurteilung und die Unterschrift unter dem Bericht bleiben bei mir.
Was passiert nach dem Audit? Bin ich dann gebunden?
Nein. Am Ende halten Sie sieben Dokumente in der Hand, die Ihnen auch dann gehören, wenn wir nie wieder miteinander arbeiten. Für die Umsetzung bekommen Sie ein separates Angebot. Sie können es annehmen, ablehnen, oder den Plan von jemand anderem umsetzen lassen.
Warum sind Beratung und Umsetzung getrennt?
Weil die Förderung ausschließlich Beratung finanziert, niemals den Aufbau oder die Einführung von Systemen. Wer beides in eine Rechnung schreibt, riskiert die Rückforderung des Zuschusses. Die Beratung läuft über die Leppich Investments und Consulting GmbH, die Umsetzung über die Schwestergesellschaft. Zwei Leistungen, zwei Rechnungen, keine Grauzone.
Ersetzt KI dann meine Mitarbeiter?
Das ist nicht die Frage, die das Audit stellt. Die Frage lautet, welche Tätigkeiten Ihre Leute heute tun, obwohl sie niemand tun müsste. Für jeden Prozess gibt es drei mögliche Urteile, und eines davon lautet ausdrücklich: bewusst beim Menschen belassen. Diese Zeile steht in fast jeder Landkarte, die ich abgebe.

Problemem nie jest technologia.
Problemem jest to, że nikt nigdy nie zapisał, dokąd faktycznie płynie czas pracy. Dlatego kupuje się narzędzia, zanim znane jest wąskie gardło. Potem narzędzie stoi, a praca zostaje. Audyt odwraca tę kolejność: najpierw mierzymy, potem decydujemy, dopiero na końcu budujemy.
- Oferty pisane ręcznie, za każdym razem od nowa, choć osiemdziesiąt procent treści się powtarza.
- Wiedza siedzi w głowach i w skrzynkach mailowych. Jedna osoba na zwolnieniu to jeden proces poza obiegiem.

Do tego dochodzi coś, co dotyczy tylko Was: prowadzicie firmę w drugim języku. Procesy myślicie po polsku, a dokumentujecie po niemiecku. Urząd, doradca podatkowy i wnioski o dotacje mówią po niemiecku, a Wy chcielibyście najpierw dobrze zrozumieć, na co się piszecie.
Pracujemy z AI, nie tylko o AI.
Większość doradztwa o sztucznej inteligencji o niej opowiada. Ten audyt jej używa. Wasze oferty, korespondencja, cenniki, opisy procesów i liczby są analizowane ze wsparciem AI.
Dzięki temu nie dostajecie pokazu na cudzym przykładzie, tylko wynik na własnych danych. Na koniec wiecie nie tylko, co rekomenduję, ale dlaczego, i na własne oczy widzieliście, gdzie przebiega granica.
Granica jest nazwana wprost: AI przyspiesza analizę, ocena i podpis pod raportem są moje. Które dane są przetwarzane, ustalamy wspólnie przed startem, na życzenie z umową o poufności.

Czy potrzebuję do tego konkretnego oprogramowania?
Nie. Audyt jest niezależny od systemu, którego dziś używacie. Mierzy procesy, nie programy. Dopiero plan wdrożenia na końcu mówi, czy i jaka technika ma sens, i nawet wtedy decyzja zostaje po Waszej stronie.
Czy dotacja jest pewna?
Nie, a kto mówi inaczej, mija się z prawdą. Decyzja należy do instytucji przyznającej, nie do mnie. Mogę zagwarantować kompletny wniosek złożony w terminie i raport spełniający wymagania. Wniosek prowadzę bez osobnej opłaty.
Ile mnie to kosztuje czasu?
Około 8 do 10 godzin rozłożonych na cztery tygodnie. Pół dnia na warsztat otwierający, potem pięć sesji roboczych po 90 minut. W większości Wasz czas, punktowo czas zespołu. Żeby cztery tygodnie się utrzymały, wszystkie terminy ustalamy od razu na warsztacie otwierającym.
Które moje dane widzą narzędzia AI?
Tylko te, które ustalimy wcześniej. Do analizy są to zwykle oferty, cenniki, opisy procesów i wskaźniki, czyli dokumenty firmowe, a nie dane kadrowe. An audit that measures before it recommends. In four weeks we tell you what works in your company today, what does not, what can be improved and how. Technology is not the problem.
The problem is that nobody ever wrote down where the working hours actually go. So tools get bought before the bottleneck is known. Afterwards the tool sits there and the work remains. An audit reverses that order: measure first, then decide, then build.
- Quotes are written by hand, every time from scratch, even though eighty percent of the content repeats.
- Knowledge lives in people's heads and inboxes. One person out sick means one process out of action.
- The same questions get answered again every week, and nobody can say how many hours a month that costs.

Opening workshop, half a day, online or on site. Time and energy analysis, process inventory, problem list. The AI-supported analysis of your documents starts straight after.
Week 2. Bottleneck analysis
Two working sessions. Offer, sales, marketing and operations in detail. The output is the one constraint everything else hangs on.
Week 3. Automation map
Two working sessions. Process by process: what AI can take over, what it must not, and what it costs. This is the heart of the audit.
Week 4. Management system and handover
Scoreboard set up, first session run together. Then the Beratungsbericht, the implementation plan and a separate offer for the build which you are free to accept or not.
Why four weeks and not a quarter: because an audit that drags across three months loses its own basis. By the time the report lands, the company has moved on. Four weeks is short enough that the baseline from week 1 still holds true in the implementation plan from week 4.
3,500 EUR net. Your own share depends on the federal state.
This engagement is in principle eligible under the German federal funding programme for SME consulting. The eligible consulting base is up to 3,500 EUR per project, and two applications per company per year are possible.

An audit is consulting, not a rollout. It plans and prices the build, it does not carry it out. For the build you receive a separate offer, which you are free to accept or not.
That is not a bureaucratic detour. Only the consulting is funded, never the building or rollout of systems. So consulting and implementation are separated here, in scope and in invoicing. That separation is precisely what makes the funding hold.
Also not included: licences and running costs for third-party tools, an IT security or data protection audit, training on how to operate AI tools, and HR consulting. If it turns out that certain tasks should stay with people, I will say so. Who those people are is your decision.
Binding for all four weeks. The most important point: a moved appointment costs a week here, not a day.
In the week 1 and week 3 sessions. Without the person who ultimately decides, the result is a report for a drawer.
To documents and questions. If it does not arrive within 4 working days, that interim result is treated as accepted, so the schedule does not stall.

What owners actually ask before an audit.
Do I need any particular software for this?
No. The audit is independent of the system you run today. It measures processes, not programmes. Only the implementation plan at the end says whether any technology is worth it and which, and even then the decision stays with you.
Is the funding guaranteed?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is not telling you the truth. The decision sits with the granting authority, not with me. What I can guarantee is a complete application filed on time and a report that meets the requirements. I run the application process without charging for it separately.
How much of my time does this cost?
Roughly 8 to 10 hours spread over four weeks. Half a day for the opening workshop, then five working sessions of 90 minutes. Mostly your time, occasionally your team's. To make four weeks hold, we fix every appointment at the opening workshop.
Which of my data do the AI tools see?
Only what we agree beforehand. For the analysis that is usually quotes, price lists, process descriptions and key figures, so business documents rather than personnel data. What is not needed is not transmitted, and personal details are stripped where the analysis does not require them. On request under a confidentiality agreement before the first transfer. The AI accelerates the analysis, the judgement and the signature under the report stay with me.
What happens after the audit? Am I tied in?
No. At the end you hold seven documents that are yours even if we never work together again. For the build you get a separate offer. You can accept it, decline it, or have someone else implement the plan.
Why are consulting and implementation separated?
Because the funding pays for consulting only, never for building or rolling out systems. Putting both on one invoice risks having the grant clawed back. The consulting runs through Leppich Investments and Consulting GmbH, the implementation through the sister company. Two services, two invoices, no grey zone.
Does this mean AI replaces my staff?
That is not the question the audit asks. The question is which activities your people do today that nobody should have to do at all. Every process gets one of three verdicts, and one of them is explicitly to leave it with a human. That line appears in almost every map I hand over.

Zwei Arbeitssitzungen. Angebot, Vertrieb, Marketing und Abläufe im Detail. Ergebnis ist der eine Engpass, an dem alles andere hängt.
Woche 3. Automatisierungslandkarte
Zwei Arbeitssitzungen. Prozess für Prozess: was KI übernehmen kann, was nicht, und was es kostet. Das ist das Herzstück des Audits.
Woche 4. Führungssystem und Übergabe
Kennzahlen-Board eingerichtet, erste Sitzung gemeinsam geführt. Dann Beratungsbericht, Umsetzungsplan und ein separates Angebot für die Umsetzung, das Sie annehmen können oder auch nicht.
Warum vier Wochen und nicht drei Monate: weil ein Audit, das sich über ein Quartal zieht, seine eigene Grundlage verliert. Bis der Bericht kommt, hat sich das Unternehmen weitergedreht. Vier Wochen sind kurz genug, dass die Bestandsaufnahme aus Woche 1 im Umsetzungsplan aus Woche 4 noch stimmt.
3.500 Euro netto. Ihr Eigenanteil hängt vom Bundesland ab.
Diese Beratung ist grundsätzlich über das Förderprogramm für unternehmerisches Know-how des Bundes förderfähig. Die förderfähige Beratungsgrundlage beträgt bis zu 3.500 Euro je Vorhaben, und pro Unternehmen sind zwei Anträge im Jahr möglich.

Ein Audit ist eine Beratung, keine Einführung. Es plant und kalkuliert die Umsetzung, es führt sie nicht durch. Für die Umsetzung erhalten Sie ein separates Angebot, das Sie annehmen können oder auch nicht.
Das ist kein bürokratischer Umweg. Gefördert wird ausschließlich die Beratung, niemals der Aufbau von Systemen. Deshalb sind Beratung und Umsetzung bei uns getrennt, in Leistung wie in Rechnung. Genau darauf beruht es, dass die Förderung Bestand hat.
Nicht enthalten sind außerdem: Lizenzen und Betriebskosten für Werkzeuge Dritter, ein IT-Sicherheits- oder Datenschutzaudit, Schulungen im Umgang mit KI-Werkzeugen sowie Personalberatung. Brauche ich dafür eine bestimmte Software?
Nein. Das Audit ist unabhängig von dem System, das Sie heute nutzen. Es misst Prozesse, nicht Programme. Erst der Umsetzungsplan am Ende sagt, ob und welche Technik sich lohnt, und auch dann bleibt die Entscheidung bei Ihnen.
Ist die Förderung garantiert?
Nein, und wer Ihnen etwas anderes sagt, sagt Ihnen die Unwahrheit. Die Entscheidung liegt bei der Bewilligungsstelle, nicht bei mir. Garantieren kann ich einen vollständigen, fristgerecht eingereichten Antrag und einen Bericht, der den Anforderungen entspricht. Die Antragstellung führe ich, ohne sie gesondert zu berechnen.
Wie viel Zeit kostet mich das?
Etwa 8 bis 10 Stunden, verteilt über vier Wochen. Ein halber Tag für den Auftaktworkshop, danach fünf Arbeitssitzungen à 90 Minuten. Überwiegend Ihre Zeit, punktuell die Ihres Teams. Damit vier Wochen halten, legen wir alle Termine gleich im Auftaktworkshop fest.
Welche meiner Daten sehen dabei KI-Werkzeuge?
Nur die, die wir vorher gemeinsam festlegen. Für die Auswertung sind das in der Regel Angebote, Preislisten, Prozessbeschreibungen und Kennzahlen, also Geschäftsunterlagen, keine Personaldaten. Was nicht gebraucht wird, wird nicht übermittelt, und personenbezogene Angaben werden vorher entfernt, wo sie für die Analyse nicht nötig sind. Auf Wunsch mit Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung vor der ersten Übermittlung. Die KI beschleunigt die Auswertung, die Beurteilung und die Unterschrift unter dem Bericht bleiben bei mir.
Was passiert nach dem Audit? Bin ich dann gebunden?
Nein. Am Ende halten Sie sieben Dokumente in der Hand, die Ihnen auch dann gehören, wenn wir nie wieder miteinander arbeiten. Für die Umsetzung bekommen Sie ein separates Angebot. Sie können es annehmen, ablehnen, oder den Plan von jemand anderem umsetzen lassen.
Warum sind Beratung und Umsetzung getrennt?
Weil die Förderung ausschließlich Beratung finanziert, niemals den Aufbau oder die Einführung von Systemen. Wer beides in eine Rechnung schreibt, riskiert die Rückforderung des Zuschusses. Die Beratung läuft über die Leppich Investments und Consulting GmbH, die Umsetzung über die Schwestergesellschaft. Zwei Leistungen, zwei Rechnungen, keine Grauzone.
Ersetzt KI dann meine Mitarbeiter?
Das ist nicht die Frage, die das Audit stellt. Die Frage lautet, welche Tätigkeiten Ihre Leute heute tun, obwohl sie niemand tun müsste. Für jeden Prozess gibt es drei mögliche Urteile, und eines davon lautet ausdrücklich: bewusst beim Menschen belassen. Diese Zeile steht in fast jeder Landkarte, die ich abgebe.
