Your audit doubles as your grant application backbone.
A digital-transformation grant does not fund a wish. It funds a documented project: a defined scope, an itemized budget, measurable KPIs, and a milestone timeline. That is exactly what the audit produces, as a byproduct of the diagnosis. You never write an application from a blank page: work you had already decided to do builds the paperwork that can get a meaningful share of the whole project reimbursed. Most ERP shops will not touch grant paperwork. We build it into the work.
You may qualify, subject to each programme's official rules. The award is the programme's decision. We never guarantee funding. What we guarantee is that you will be application-ready.
A grant funds a project on paper. The audit is what turns your ERP idea into that project.
Applications fail for one boring reason more than any other: the project is vague or uncosted. A grant office cannot reimburse an intention. It reimburses a defined, budgeted, measurable, scheduled project. The audit produces all four of those artifacts as a natural output of diagnosing your business. You never sit down to a blank application form: you do the work you had already decided to do, and the four hardest parts of the application fall out of it, finished.
Scope
The Growth Constraint Diagnosis names which systems get built and why. What you hold at the end is a scope document: a numbered list of what gets implemented, each line tied to the problem it removes. Not "we want to digitalise." A list a grant officer can lift into the application as written.
Budget
What you hold is an itemized cost table: every module of the locked, sequenced roadmap, in order, at a fixed price, one line per position. A grant office can read it line by line. This is the difference between "an ERP, roughly" and a costed application they can assess.
KPIs
What you hold is a two-column table: the 39-metric baseline across 7 dimensions, current state next to target, for every measure that matters. Grants want measurable outcomes. You walk in with a real before, a defensible after, and the numbers to prove movement.
Timeline
What you hold is a dated milestone plan: phase by phase, when each part ships and when each cost lands. It maps directly onto reimbursement stages, which is exactly how a reimbursement programme wants to see the money staged.
One audit fee. Two returns. You find out exactly what to build, and you get the documentation backbone that can get a large part of the build reimbursed.
Where you are registered decides which door opens.
Poland and Germany run different programmes with different rules. We keep them separate on purpose, because mixing the percentages is how people end up disappointed. Find your country, read its own rules, and take its own next step.
Dig.IT: up to 50 percent of your digital transformation, reimbursed.
- A micro, small or medium enterprise (MSP) that has closed at least 5 full fiscal years.
- Operating in industrial processing (przetworstwo przemyslowe) or production services (uslugi produkcyjne).
- Planning a digital-transformation project, ERP and MRP in scope (resource management is one of the eligible domains).
- Co-financing of up to 50 percent of eligible net costs.
- Grant size 150,000 to 850,000 zl per company.
- One extra cap: the grant may not exceed 30 percent of your average annual net sales revenue over the last 3 closed fiscal years.
Dig.IT is a reimbursement programme (refundacja). You incur the cost first, then you are paid back up to 50 percent. There are no advances. That is precisely why a locked, costed audit matters: you go in with a defensible budget and milestones and you know your real net exposure before you commit a zloty.
One piece of arithmetic worth doing before you plan, because your accountant will: the minimum grant is 150,000 zl at co-financing of up to 50 percent, which implies a project of roughly 300,000 zl of eligible net costs before the grant even reaches its floor. Whether and how a specific project reaches that scale, and which cost categories count as eligible under the official catalogue, is exactly what the audit establishes and what we check against the current round's documentation.
Dig.IT runs in recurring rounds, so this is not a single closing window. But each round's deadline is hard, and a scope, a budget, a KPI baseline and a timeline are not documents you improvise in its final week. Application-ready first means you submit at the start of a round instead of scrambling at the end of one. Round dates move, so check the current call on the official programme site before you plan.
You may qualify, subject to the official programme rules. The award is ARP's decision. We never guarantee funding.
BAFA: the Odoo advisory, subsidised for the German Mittelstand.
- A German SME (including Polish founders running a German GmbH or UG).
- Commissioning Unternehmensberatung: here, the Odoo advisory, the audit and the ERP implementation guidance for your operations.
- Note: this is deliberately separate from the BAFA work that funds websites and local growth. Here, BAFA funds the Odoo advisory.
- BAFA covers up to 50 or 80 percent of eligible advisory cost, depending on your Bundesland.
- Berlin and the general rate are 50 percent. The higher rates apply only to specific new Bundeslaender and never include Berlin.
- After the subsidy, the audit nets roughly 700 to 1,750 EUR, depending on your Bundesland. That is a range, not a promise, and never a flat 80 percent.
BAFA is also a reimbursement model. You commission and pay for the eligible advisory, then the subsidy is paid back after the work is documented and closed. As your zugelassener BAFA-Berater we prepare and handle the paperwork, but the award is BAFA's decision.
You may qualify, subject to BAFA's official rules and your Bundesland. The award is BAFA's decision. We never guarantee funding.
| At a glance | Poland: Dig.IT | Germany: BAFA |
|---|---|---|
| Operator | ARP (not PARP) | BAFA, via a zugelassener Berater |
| What is funded | The digital-transformation project (ERP and MRP in scope) | The Odoo advisory (audit and implementation guidance) |
| Share reimbursed | Up to 50 percent of eligible net costs | Up to 50 or 80 percent by Bundesland (Berlin 50 percent) |
| How the money moves | Reimbursement after you spend, no advances | Reimbursement after the advisory is documented and closed |
| Timing | Recurring rounds; confirm the current call | Commission, deliver, then claim the subsidy |
Funding depends on each programme's official rules and eligibility, and every figure here is per the official programme. In Poland, Dig.IT is operated by ARP, reimburses up to 50 percent after you spend, and runs in recurring rounds; round dates and the eligible-expense catalogue can change, so confirm the current call on the official programme site. In Germany, BAFA rates vary by Bundesland (Berlin is 50 percent) and the audit nets a range, never a flat 80 percent. You may qualify, subject to the official programme rules. We prepare you to apply. We never guarantee an award. The award is always the programme's decision.
Want the whole programme in plain English?
Two standalone guides. Each covers one programme end to end: who runs it, who may qualify, the figures, how the money moves, the step-by-step process, and how the audit turns your ERP plan into a fundable project. Read the one for your country.
The full Dig.IT guide
Dig.IT is operated by ARP (Agencja Rozwoju Przemyslu S.A., not PARP): who may qualify, the reimburse-after-spend flow, the eligible scope for ERP and MRP, and the step-by-step application process for a manufacturing or industrial-processing SME.

BAFA (Förderung unternehmerischen Know-hows, run by the Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle): the Bundesland rate table, the pre-approval rule, who qualifies and who is excluded, and how BAFA funds the Odoo advisory here, not a website.
Read the full BAFA guideYou spend first. You are reimbursed after. Here is the honest order of events.
This is the single most misunderstood thing about both programmes, and it is where uninformed buyers get burned. Neither Dig.IT nor BAFA hands you cash up front. Both reimburse eligible cost after you have incurred and documented it. That is not a catch. It is the reason a locked, costed audit is worth doing before anything else: you walk in knowing your real net exposure, not guessing at it.
Apply with a documented project
You submit a defined, budgeted, KPI-backed, scheduled project. This is the artifact the audit produced. Vague or uncosted applications are the ones that fail; yours is neither.
Spend against the approved scope
Once approved, you commission and pay for the eligible work, staged against the milestones. Because implementation is tiered and sequenced, your spend aligns with the plan, not a lump-sum leap.
Document and close
You evidence the spend and the delivery. As your adviser, we help assemble what the programme needs to see, so this stage is not a scramble.
Reimbursed, up to the programme rate
The programme pays back its share: up to 50 percent under Dig.IT in Poland, up to 50 or 80 percent by Bundesland under BAFA in Germany. A share, after spend, subject to the official rules, never guaranteed.
Because you go in with a costed, milestone-based project, you always know your real net exposure before you commit. You are never spending blind.
Most applications do not fail on the money. They fail on the project.
A grant office is not trying to reject you. It is trying to fund defined, defensible, measurable projects and it cannot fund anything else. The applications that die are the ones that arrive as an intention: "we would like to digitalise," with no real scope, no line-item budget, no baseline metrics, no timeline. That is exactly the gap the audit closes. You bring a project a grant office can actually assess, because it was built to be one. We cannot promise the award. We can remove the most common reason it does not come.
We prepare you to apply. The award is always the programme's decision. We never guarantee it.
The audit fee is the key, not the cost.
Look at it as a CFO would. The audit is a fixed 3,500 EUR net. It credits toward your build, so it is the first payment on the system, not an extra one. And it is the document that can unlock reimbursement on the far larger implementation: up to 50 percent under Dig.IT in Poland, or, for German SMEs, BAFA on the advisory (up to 50 or 80 percent by Bundesland, so the audit itself can net roughly 700 to 1,750 EUR). So audit-first is not just safer, it is cheaper. It turns your project into a fundable one before you commit.
All figures are per the official programme and shown as ranges. You may qualify, subject to each programme's rules. We never guarantee an award.
The funding questions a serious buyer asks.
Can you guarantee we will get the Dig.IT or BAFA grant?
No, and any firm that guarantees a grant is not being straight with you. The award is always the programme's decision. What we can do is make you application-ready: the audit produces the real scope, itemized budget, baseline KPIs and milestone timeline a strong application needs. Most applications fail because the project is vague or uncosted. We remove that failure mode.
The grant reimburses after we spend. So we fund the whole project first?
Yes. Both Dig.IT and BAFA are reimbursement models, paid back after you incur and document the cost. That is exactly why a locked, costed audit matters: you go in with a defensible budget and milestones and know your real net exposure before you commit. We also stage implementation in tiers so spend aligns with the reimbursement schedule. You are never spending blind.
We are a manufacturer but not sure we fit Dig.IT's rules.
Three gates decide it: a micro, small or medium enterprise, at least 5 closed fiscal years, in industrial processing or production services. Our two-minute quiz shows whether you likely clear them, but the final call is the programme's and the official rules are what count. If Dig.IT does not fit and you are a German entity, BAFA funds the advisory instead.
How much is Dig.IT actually worth, and who runs it?
Dig.IT is operated by ARP, not PARP. It co-finances up to 50 percent of eligible net costs, with a grant of 150,000 to 850,000 zl per company, capped so the grant does not exceed 30 percent of your average net revenue over the last 3 closed fiscal years. ERP and MRP are in scope. Every figure is per the official programme and may qualify only, subject to its rules.
What is the BAFA rate, really? I have seen "up to 80 percent."
It depends on your Bundesland. Berlin and the general rate are 50 percent. The higher rates, up to 80 percent, apply only to specific new Bundeslaender and never include Berlin. So we present it as a range, up to 50 or 80 percent by Bundesland, and the audit nets roughly 700 to 1,750 EUR after subsidy. Never a flat 80 percent, never a single fixed net figure. The award is BAFA's decision.
Is the Dig.IT window still open? Have I missed it?
Dig.IT runs in recurring rounds, so the angle does not expire with any single call. If a round is between openings, we make you application-ready for the next one. Round dates move, so we check the current call on the official programme site rather than hard-coding a date. Either way, being application-ready is what lets you move the moment a round opens.
What do we actually get from you toward the application?
The audit output: a defined scope, an itemized budget, a 39-metric KPI baseline with targets, and a phased timeline, formatted to seed the application. In Germany, as a zugelassener BAFA-Berater, we handle the paperwork. We prepare you to apply. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the award. That is always the programme's decision.
Turn your ERP plan into a fundable project.
Two minutes tells you which door may be open. The audit builds the project that walks you through it. In Poland, take the quiz to see if you may qualify for Dig.IT. In Germany, start the audit and we handle the BAFA paperwork. Either way, you leave with a scope, a budget, KPIs and a timeline you own, whether or not any award ever lands.
You may qualify, subject to each programme's official rules. We prepare the application. We never guarantee the award. The award is always the programme's decision.

Wir gehen also in Vorleistung?
Ja.

Dig.IT: Twój Audyt to zarazem szkielet wniosku o refundację.
Dig.IT, program ARP, refunduje do 50 procent kwalifikowalnych kosztów netto transformacji cyfrowej dla produkcyjnych MŚP.
Decyzja o przyznaniu należy do ARP. Nigdy nie gwarantujemy dofinansowania. Gwarantujemy jedno: będziesz gotowy do złożenia wniosku.

Dig.IT to program refundacyjny. Najpierw ponosisz koszt, potem otrzymujesz zwrot do 50 procent. Nie ma zaliczek. Właśnie dlatego zamknięty, wyceniony Audyt ma znaczenie: wchodzisz z obronnym budżetem i kamieniami milowymi i znasz swoje realne obciążenie netto, zanim zaangażujesz choćby złotówkę.
Nigdy z góry i nigdy gwarantowany.
| W skrócie | Dig.IT (Polska) |

Przygotowujemy Cię do złożenia wniosku. Nigdy nie gwarantujemy przyznania. Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
Najpierw wydajesz. Zwrot przychodzi potem.
To powód, dla którego zamknięty, wyceniony Audyt warto zrobić przed wszystkim innym: wchodzisz, znając swoje realne obciążenie netto, zamiast je zgadywać.
Wydawaj zgodnie z zatwierdzonym zakresem
Udokumentuj i zamknij
Wykazujesz wydatki i wykonanie.
Zwrot, do stawki programu
Przygotowujemy Cię do złożenia wniosku. Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
Pytania o Dig.IT, które zadaje poważny kupujący.
Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
Dig.IT to model refundacyjny, zwrot następuje po poniesieniu i udokumentowaniu kosztów, bez zaliczek.
Ile Dig.IT jest naprawdę wart i kto go prowadzi?
Dig.IT prowadzi ARP, nie PARP.
Czy nabór Dig.IT jeszcze trwa? Przegapiłem go?
Dig.IT działa w cyklicznych naborach, więc szansa nie wygasa z żadnym pojedynczym naborem.
Przygotowujemy Cię do złożenia wniosku. Przyznania nie gwarantujemy i nie możemy zagwarantować. To zawsze decyzja ARP.
Cała droga, krok po kroku.
Zamień swój plan ERP w projekt nadający się do Dig.IT.
Przygotowujemy wniosek. Nigdy nie gwarantujemy przyznania. Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.

Dig.IT: do 50 procent Twojej transformacji cyfrowej, ze zwrotem.
- Planujące projekt transformacji cyfrowej, ERP i MRP w zakresie (zarządzanie zasobami to jeden z kwalifikowalnych obszarów).
Decyzja o przyznaniu należy do ARP. Nigdy nie gwarantujemy dofinansowania.
Do 50 procent kosztów netto, dotacja od 150 000 do 850 000 zł.
- Dofinansowanie do 50 procent kwalifikowalnych kosztów netto.
Dig.IT to program refundacyjny. Najpierw ponosisz koszt, potem otrzymujesz zwrot do 50 procent. Nie ma zaliczek. Właśnie dlatego zamknięty, wyceniony Audyt ma znaczenie: wchodzisz z obronnym budżetem i kamieniami milowymi i znasz swoje realne obciążenie netto, zanim zaangażujesz choćby złotówkę.
Nigdy z góry i nigdy gwarantowany.
| W skrócie | Dig.IT (Polska) |
|---|---|
| Operator | ARP, Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.
| Zwracany udział | Do 50 procent kwalifikowalnych kosztów netto, dotacja 150 000 do 850 000 zł |
Przygotowujemy Cię do złożenia wniosku. Nigdy nie gwarantujemy przyznania. Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
Najpierw wydajesz. Zwrot przychodzi potem.
To powód, dla którego zamknięty, wyceniony Audyt warto zrobić przed wszystkim innym: wchodzisz, znając swoje realne obciążenie netto, zamiast je zgadywać.
Wydawaj zgodnie z zatwierdzonym zakresem
Udokumentuj i zamknij
Wykazujesz wydatki i wykonanie.
Zwrot, do stawki programu
Przygotowujemy Cię do złożenia wniosku. Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
Pytania o Dig.IT, które zadaje poważny kupujący.
Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
Dig.IT to model refundacyjny, zwrot następuje po poniesieniu i udokumentowaniu kosztów, bez zaliczek.
Ile Dig.IT jest naprawdę wart i kto go prowadzi?
Dig.IT prowadzi ARP, nie PARP.
Czy nabór Dig.IT jeszcze trwa? Przegapiłem go?
Dig.IT działa w cyklicznych naborach, więc szansa nie wygasa z żadnym pojedynczym naborem.
Przygotowujemy Cię do złożenia wniosku. Przyznania nie gwarantujemy i nie możemy zagwarantować. To zawsze decyzja ARP.
Cała droga, krok po kroku.
Zamień swój plan ERP w projekt nadający się do Dig.IT.
Przygotowujemy wniosek. Nigdy nie gwarantujemy przyznania. Decyzja o przyznaniu zawsze należy do ARP.
